What this service is

A wellbeing companion platform your organization makes available to you. It includes conversations with Bruna and recommendations based on them.

Not medical care

The platform does not diagnose, does not treat and does not replace a health professional. In an emergency, call 112 or one of the helplines listed in the help section.

Who can use it

People over 18 who have been granted access by a participating organization. You may not share your account with anyone.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other people's data, interfere with how the service runs, or use it for anything other than its intended purpose.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may update these terms with reasonable notice.
