Who handles your data

The data controller is the organization that gave you access to the platform. We act as a processor on its behalf.

What we collect

Contact details for signing in, the basic information you give us before a conversation (age, employment situation and the like), and the content of your conversations with Bruna.

What we use it for

To hold the conversation, to offer you personalized recommendations, and to produce aggregate wellbeing statistics for your organization.

Who we share it with

Your organization only sees aggregate figures: never individual conversations, and never groups small enough to identify you. The technology providers involved act under contract and only to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as applicable law requires. After that it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to your organization or to our privacy team.
